About Kevin

Throughout Kevin's numerous leadership positions, he developed deep expertise in strategizing within the sustainability field. During his time at Barry Callebaut in the Americas, he transformed sustainability from a cost center to a profit center while leading sustainable sourcing of ingredients. This work included implementing an award-winning sustainable supply chain finance program, developing the first all-sustainable B2B chocolate brand, and numerous impact projects across ingredients. He has extensive leadership experience in multi-stakeholder groups, including Chair of Bonsucro, Vice Chair of the Bonsucro Member’s Council, and leading the inception of SAI's Regenerative Agriculture Framework. He held leadership positions at Bonsucro, the Innovation for US Dairy, and WWF-US.


While at Bonsucro, in addition to coordinating and leading engagement with buyers and traders, he led the innovative DFID LEGEND IAN Program to improve data and land tenure.


At WWF, he launched numerous improvement projects including the award-winning and still-growing Project Catalyst. He also led the development of guidelines for public and private bison ranchers to help maintain the wild behavior of the species and its impact on the ecosystem.


He lives with his family in Chicago (the best city on the planet), where he enjoys cycling the lakefront, the rich music and cultural scene, attending Cubs games, and traveling with his family.
